The controller decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data. The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

Depending on the nature of the relationship, we may process in particular:

- name,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number,
- mailing address,
- invoice data (including VAT ID),
- data contained in recruitment documents (CV, motivation letter), - other data provided voluntarily in correspondence.

  1. Aims and legal bases of data processing

    a) Contact and enquiry handling

Data is processed for the purposes of correspondence and response. - Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) RODO - the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with those contacting the controller.

(b) Conclusion and execution of the contract

Data is processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, billing and after-sales service. - Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) RODO - performance of the contract.

c) Legal obligations

Data is processed for the purpose of accounting and tax obligations. - Legal basis: article 6(1)(c) RODO - legal obligation under tax and accounting legislation.

d) The assertion or defence of claims

Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) RODO - the controller's legitimate interest in legal protection

(e) Recruitment

Data is processed for the purpose of the recruitment process. - Legal basis: - Article 6(1)(c) RODO in conjunction with the Labour Code - data required by law, - Article 6(1)(a) RODO - consent to process data beyond the statutory scope or to participate in future recruitment.

(f) Marketing

Data is processed for the purpose of sending commercial information. - Legal basis: article 6(1)(a) RODO - consent, which can be revoked at any time.

  1. Obligation or voluntariness to provide data

The provision of data is:

- mandatory - to the extent required by law (e.g. invoice data),
- voluntary , but necessary for the performance of a contract, contact or recruitment. Failure to provide the data may render the above purposes impossible.

  1. Data retention period

Personal data is stored:

- for the duration of the correspondence,
- for the duration of the contract and thereafter in accordance with the law,
- in recruitment processes - until their completion or a maximum of 6 months (with consent),
- for marketing purposes
- until you withdraw your consent,
- until the statute of limitations for possible claims has run.

  1. Recipients of data

Data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the controller, in particular:

- IT service providers,
- accounting offices,
- law firms,
- courier companies and payment operators.

These entities process data on the basis of contracts and in accordance with the instructions of the controller.

  1. Transfers of data outside the EU/EEA

As a general rule, personal data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA. If this occurs, the controller will provide appropriate safeguards in accordance with the RODO.

You are entitled to:

- access to data,
- their rectification,
- deletions,
- limitation of processing,
- data portability,
- to lodge an objection,
- revoke consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.

The administrator does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
